Additionally, you may not always have a consistent workload to keep them occupied, meaning you'd end up paying for their time even when they're not fully utilised.

However, with the monthly plan, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription and restart when required. This way, you only pay for your designer when you actually have work for them to do.

If you fancy some extra work on top of your subscription, just let us know and we'll fire over a quote. Once you're happy with it, we'll send over a pay link and crack on with the job straight away!

If you would like flexible one-off payment options, message here to receive a quote. We will send over individual quotes/invoices with a pay link for each design project, ensuring you only pay for the services you require. As a DB member, each design request can include up to 4 pages. For example, a leaflet is usually 1 or 2 pages, but a folded A4 brochure would be 4 pages. If you would like a longer document you can purchase this as a individual project.

It simply means that you can only ask for one design at a time. So, once you've made a request, you'll need to wait for it to be completed before asking for another one. Each design should be ready within 72 hours, but if it's a bit more complicated, it might take a bit longer.

Asana is a versatile management tool where you can easily request designs. You'll receive a Asana board invitation from us to collaborate and have your personalised board. This is where we'll communicate. In Asana, we can talk online, you can share your ideas, links or even a quick video if you're not keen on writing out your brief. Anything that can be linked or shared in Asana is good to go!

You might not expect it, but DesignBrit is a one-person graphic designer. This means you'll be working directly with me, the founder - Alicia. However, any requests for additional features such as animations or custom illustrations are managed by partner designers.

Yes we do! We understand that you may also want the designs we create to be printed and delivered, so we're happy to help. You'll receive a 15% print discount when you use both our design and print services. Alternatively, if you would like your own designs printed, we can offer this as well. Get in touch to receive a quote.

Certainly! DesignBrit does not offer the following design services: 3D modelling, animated graphics (such as GIFs), and complex packaging. Extensive print design (like magazines, books, etc.) is offered in a one-off payment designs.
